Historically, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in Vietnam reached an all time high of 296 persons in 2000 and an all time low of 171 persons in 2020. When compared to Vietnam's main peers, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in Cambodia amounted to 288 persons, 55.0 persons in China, 143 persons in Laos and 143 persons in Thailand in 2021.
