Historically, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in Tanzania reached an all time high of 510 persons in 2003 and an all time low of 208 persons in 2021. When compared to Tanzania's main peers, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in Kenya amounted to 251 persons, 361 persons in Mozambique, 199 persons in Uganda and 307 persons in Zambia in 2021.
