Imports of services as a part of balance of payment rose 42.7% to USD 9.60 bil in Lithuania in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, imports of services as a part of balance of payment in Lithuania reached an all time high of USD 9.60 bil in 2021 and an all time low of USD 0.253 bil in 1993. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, imports of services as a part of balance of payment in Belarus amounted to USD 5.67 bil, USD 8.37 bil in Estonia, USD 4.22 bil in Latvia and USD 75.9 bil in Russia in 2021.

Lithuania has been ranked 60th within the group of 140 countries we follow in terms of imports of services as a part of balance of payment, 14 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
