Historically, the bank’s net interest margin reached an all time high of 14.1% in 2002 and an all time low of 3.09% in 2015. The average margin in the last five years amounted to 3.76%.
Average asset yield was 8.91% in 2017, up from 6.61% when compared to previous year. On the other hand, cost of funding amounted to 3.87% in 2017, up from 3.83%.
