Based on a comparison of 36 countries in 2014, Portugal ranked the highest in divorces per 100 marriages with 73.7 followed by Latvia and Belgium. On the other end of the scale was Kosovo with 7.73, Bosnia and Herzegovina with 7.75 and Macedonia with 13.8.
