Based on a comparison of 34 countries in 2017, Norway ranked the highest in average house price per sqm nationwide with 6,534 per sqm followed by Ireland and Luxembourg. On the other end of the scale was Mexico with 400 per sqm, Kazakhstan with 552 per sqm and Armenia with 644 per sqm.
