Historically, households' assets in investment funds in Austria reached an all time high of EUR 89.3 bil in 2021 and an all time low of EUR 33.9 bil in 2008. When compared to Austria's main peers, households' assets in investment funds in Germany amounted to EUR 952 bil, HUF 6,832 bil in Hungary, EUR 670 bil in Italy and CHF 374 bil in Switzerland in 2022.
