Historically, goods imports as a part of balance payment in Moldova reached an all time high of USD 6.75 bil in 2021 and an all time low of USD 0.552 bil in 1999. When compared to Moldova's main peers, goods imports as a part of balance payment in Bulgaria amounted to USD 44.0 bil, USD 110 bil in Romania, USD 304 bil in Russia and USD 69.8 bil in Ukraine in 2021.
