Goods imports as a part of balance payment rose 30.2% to USD 9.89 bil in Macedonia in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, goods imports as a part of balance payment in Macedonia reached an all time high of USD 9.89 bil in 2021 and an all time low of USD 1.20 bil in 1997. When compared to Macedonia's main peers, goods imports as a part of balance payment in Albania amounted to USD 6.01 bil, USD 44.0 bil in Bulgaria, USD 77.5 bil in Greece and USD 5.10 bil in Kosovo in 2021.
