FX rate to USD at the end of period rose 4.73% yoy to 366 per USD in Hungary in July 2024, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.02% less than in the previous month.
Historically, FX rate to USD at the end of period in Hungary reached an all time high of 429 per USD in September 2022 and an all time low of 31.8 per USD in August 1980. When compared to Hungary's main peers, FX rate to USD at the end of period in Austria amounted to 0.924 per USD, 23.5 per USD in Czechia, 3.97 per USD in Poland and 0.924 per USD in Slovakia in July 2024.
Hungary has been ranked 25th within the group of 117 countries we follow in terms of FX rate to USD at the end of period, 16 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
