Historically, foreign exchange reserves including gold in Cambodia reached an all time high of USD 21,328 bil in 2020 and an all time low of USD 24.2 bil in 1993. When compared to Cambodia's main peers, foreign exchange reserves including gold in China amounted to USD 3,427,931 bil, USD 1,476 bil in Laos, USD 246,025 bil in Thailand and USD 109,371 bil in Vietnam in 2021.
