Foreign exchange reserves, including gold in terms of months of imports rose 46.7% to 4.76 months in Seychelles in 2020, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, foreign exchange reserves, including gold in terms of months of imports in Seychelles reached an all time high of 4.76 months in 2020 and an all time low of 0.441 months in 1988. When compared to Seychelles's main peers, foreign exchange reserves, including gold in terms of months of imports in Comoros amounted to 10.2 months, 5.73 months in Madagascar, 4.27 months in Maldives and 7.35 months in Mauritius in 2020.
