Foreign exchange reserves excluding gold rose 13.6% to USD 1.24 bil in Kosovo in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, foreign exchange reserves excluding gold in Kosovo reached an all time high of USD 1.24 bil in 2021 and an all time low of USD 0.057 bil in 2000. When compared to Kosovo's main peers, foreign exchange reserves excluding gold in Albania amounted to USD 5.47 bil, USD 3.73 bil in Macedonia, USD 1.98 bil in Montenegro and USD 16.4 bil in Serbia in 2021.
