Historically, final consumption expenditure in Bhutan reached an all time high of USD 2,161 bil in 2021 and an all time low of USD 171 bil in 1994. When compared to Bhutan's main peers, final consumption expenditure in Bangladesh amounted to USD 310,776 bil, USD 9,628,175 bil in China, USD 2,245,422 bil in India and USD 33,492 bil in Nepal in 2021.
