Current assets amounted to EUR 31,976 mil, or 34.2% of total assets while cash stood at EUR 13,914 mil at the end of 2Q2020.
By contrast, total debt reached EUR 20,452 mil at the year-end, or 21.8% of total assets, while the firm's equity amounted to EUR 24,900 mil. As a result, net debt stood at EUR 6,538 mil at the end of 2Q2020 and accounted for 26.3% of equity.
Net debt against equity is down 38.4 pp from five years ago (64.6%). The ratio against EBITDA decreased from 1.15x seen in 2Q2015 to 1.02x.
The company’s cost of funding amounted to 3.07% in 2Q2020, down 1.42 pp compared to the average over the last 5 years.
