Historically, exports as a share of GDP in Bulgaria reached an all time high of 0.670% in 2017 and an all time low of 0.323% in 1995. When compared to Bulgaria's main peers, exports as a share of GDP in Greece amounted to 0.409%, 0.408% in Romania, 0.545% in Serbia and 0.353% in Turkey in 2021.
