Historically, exports as a share of GDP in Albania reached an all time high of 0.316% in 2018 and an all time low of 0.075% in 1991. When compared to Albania's main peers, exports as a share of GDP in Greece amounted to 0.409%, 0.334% in Kosovo, 0.662% in Macedonia and 0.428% in Montenegro in 2021.
