Historically, exports as a share of GDP in Turkey reached an all time high of 0.353% in 2021 and an all time low of 0.021% in 1960. When compared to Turkey's main peers, exports as a share of GDP in Bulgaria amounted to 0.613%, 0.409% in Greece, 0.376% in Iraq and 0.228% in Iran in 2021.
