Erste Bank Hungary's customer deposits reached HUF 1,540,900 mil in 2017, up 8.58% compared to the previous year.
Hungarian banking sector accepted customer deposits of HUF 20,469 bil in 2017, up 7.74% when compared to the last year.
Erste Bank Hungary accounted for 7.53% of all customer deposits taken by banks in Hungary at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in customer deposits reached an all time high of 9.28% in 2012 and an all time low of 2.63% in 2000.
That's compared to a 5.71% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of 2017.
