Dwellings sold as a percentage of all dwellings rose 1.13% to 4.80% in Norway in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, dwellings sold as a percentage of all dwellings in Norway reached an all time high of 4.83% in 2016 and an all time low of 1.68% in 1992. When compared to Norway's main peers, dwellings sold as a percentage of all dwellings in Denmark amounted to 2.99%, 2.73% in Finland, 9.42% in Iceland and 3.62% in Sweden in 2021.
