Dwellings completed per 1,000 people rose 56.1% to 1.07 dwellings in Singapore in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, dwellings completed per 1,000 people in Singapore reached an all time high of 15.5 dwellings in 1978 and an all time low of 0.686 dwellings in 2020.
