When compared to Lebanon's main peers, distillate fuel oil consumption in Cyprus amounted to 11.1 '000 bpd, 50.7 '000 bpd in Israel, 67.0 '000 bpd in Jordan and 53.4 '000 bpd in Syria in 2015.
