Historically, distillate fuel oil consumption in Mongolia reached an all time high of 16.0 '000 bpd in 2014 and an all time low of 2.61 '000 bpd in 1998. When compared to Mongolia's main peers, distillate fuel oil consumption in China amounted to 3,514 '000 bpd, 78.0 '000 bpd in Kazakhstan, 10.3 '000 bpd in Kyrgyzstan and 577 '000 bpd in Russia in 2015.
