Historically, distillate fuel oil consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in China reached an all time high of 26.7% in 2015 and an all time low of 3.06% in 1986. When compared to China's main peers, distillate fuel oil consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in India amounted to 10.8%, 5.87% in Japan, 4.38% in Russia and 30.7% in USA in 2015.
