Historically, cucumber and gherkin production in Lithuania reached an all time high of 28.2 kt in 2011 and an all time low of 2.54 kt in 1995. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, cucumber and gherkin production in Belarus amounted to 212 kt, 7.93 kt in Estonia, 7.60 kt in Latvia and 1,649 kt in Russia in 2021.
