Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of CZK 1,036,039 mil in 1Q2021 and an all time low of CZK 315,600 mil in 4Q2006.
In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 7.63%.
At the end of fourth quarter of 2024, CSOB's loans accounted for 70.7% of total deposits and 50.4% of total assets.
Mortgage loans represented 55.5% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 4Q2024, consumer further 4.82% and corporate loans 40.0% of total loans.
