Czech banking sector provided mortgage loans of CZK 1,778 bil in 2Q2024, up 1.34% when compared to the last year.
CSOB accounted for 29.7% of all mortgage loans issued in Czechia at the end of 2Q2024. Historically, the bank’s market share in mortgage loans reached an all time high of 34.0% in 2Q2018 and an all time low of 14.0% in 4Q2005.
