Crude oil supply as a share of worldwide supply fell 16.6% to 0.459% in Libya in 2016, according to EIA.

Historically, crude oil supply as a share of worldwide supply in Libya reached an all time high of 3.00% in 1980 and an all time low of 0.459% in 2016. When compared to Libya's main peers, crude oil supply as a share of worldwide supply in Algeria amounted to 1.90%, 0.136% in Chad, 0.759% in Egypt and 0.054% in Tunisia in 2016.

Libya has been ranked 30th within the group of 123 countries we follow in terms of crude oil supply as a share of worldwide supply, 14 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
