Historically, cigarette consumption per capita of 15+ years old in Spain reached an all time high of 2,682 per year in 1985 and an all time low of 1,056 per year in 2016.

Spain has been ranked 21st within the group of 30 countries we follow in terms of cigarette consumption per capita of 15+ years old, 16 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
