Historically, cassava production in Cambodia reached an all time high of 8,034 kt in 2011 and an all time low of 13.3 kt in 1962. When compared to Cambodia's main peers, cassava production in China amounted to 4,954 kt, 2,886 kt in Laos, 30,108 kt in Thailand and 10,566 kt in Vietnam in 2021.
