Hungarian banking sector accepted retail deposits of HUF 6,934 bil in 2013, down 9.81% when compared to the last year.
Budapest Bank accounted for 3.27% of all retail deposits taken by banks in Hungary at the end of 2013. Historically, the bank’s market share in retail deposits reached an all time high of 4.14% in 2008 and an all time low of 3.25% in 2012.
That's compared to a 2.56% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of 2013.
