Historically, bank operating profit in Macedonia reached an all time high of MKD 12,309 mil in 2017 and an all time low of MKD 2,028 mil in 2001. When compared to Macedonia's main peers, bank operating profit in Albania amounted to ALL 12,970 mil, BGN 2,081 mil in Bulgaria, EUR 3,499 mil in Greece and EUR 120 mil in Kosovo in 2017.
