Bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities fell 23.7% yoy to 35.9% in Maldives in 3Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.9% less than in the previous quarter.

Historically, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Maldives reached an all time high of 66.4% in 2Q2015 and an all time low of 35.9% in 3Q2024.
