Historically, bank deposits as a share of GDP in Norway reached an all time high of 103% in 2015 and an all time low of 34.9% in 1966. When compared to Norway's main peers, bank deposits as a share of GDP in Denmark amounted to 92.5%, 71.5% in Finland, 56.2% in Iceland and 84.8% in Sweden in 2015.
