Bank Central Asia's capital adequacy ratio reached 24.6% at the end of fourth quarter of 2019, up from 24.5% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 26.6% in 1Q2005 and an all time low of 12.8% in 4Q2011.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 23.7% at the end of fourth quarter of 2019, up from 22.9% compared to the same period of last year and up from 23.5% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 84.6% at the end of 4Q2019, down from 85.9% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 49.6%.
