Bank assets rose 2.33% to USD 48.0 bil in Ukraine in 2017, according to the National Central Bank.

Historically, bank assets in Ukraine reached an all time high of USD 155 bil in 2013 and an all time low of USD 42.3 bil in 2005. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, bank assets in Poland amounted to USD 511 bil, USD 110 bil in Romania and USD 1,351 bil in Russia in 2017.
