Banca Nazionale del Lavoro generated total banking revenues of EUR 582 mil in the fourth quarter of 2006, down 0% when compared to the same period of last year and 21% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 764 mil in 1Q2005 and an all time low of EUR 582 mil in 4Q2006. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to EUR 679 mil.
Net interest income represented 64.9% of total revenues, fee income contributed 14.2% and other non-interest income added further 20.9% to the overall revenue generation in 4Q2006.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 2.76% total assets in the fourth quarter of 2006, down from 2.76% a year earlier.
