Alpha Bank Romania's retail loans reached RON 5,617 mil at the end of 2016, up 3.70% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 22.8%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 54.3% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2016.
Mortgage loans rose 6.80% to RON 4,510 mil in 2016 and accounted for 80.3% of the retail loan portfolio.
