Alpha Bank Group generated total banking revenues of EUR 636 mil in the fourth quarter of 2015, up 15.8% when compared to the same period of last year and 9.2% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 636 mil in 4Q2015 and an all time low of EUR 202 mil in 1Q2012. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to EUR 596 mil.
Net interest income represented 75.5% of total revenues, fee income contributed 12.7% and other non-interest income added further 11.8% to the overall revenue generation in 4Q2015.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 3.67% total assets in the fourth quarter of 2015, up from 3.01% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, National Bank of Greece generated total revenues of 1.88% of assets in 4Q2015 Piraeus Bank Group operated with 2.76% revenue margin and Eurobank Group produced total income worth 2.60% of assets.
