Alcoholic beverage consumption per capita rose 17.9% to 16.1 litres in Armenia in 2021, according to Faostat.

Historically, alcoholic beverage consumption per capita in Armenia reached an all time high of 16.1 litres in 2021 and an all time low of 4.61 litres in 2003. When compared to Armenia's main peers, alcoholic beverage consumption per capita in Azerbaijan amounted to 62.3 litres, 39.9 litres in Georgia, 1.15 litres in Iran and 15.3 litres in Turkey in 2021.
