Historically, the bank’s net interest margin reached an all time high of 68.4% in 4Q2009 and an all time low of 9.88% in 1Q2017. The average margin in the last six quarters amounted to 22.1%.
Average asset yield was 27.4% in 2Q2019, down from 27.9% when compared to the same period last year. On the other hand, cost of funding amounted to 7.46% in 2Q2019, up from 6.90%.
