Based on a comparison of 157 countries in 2021, Tajikistan ranked the highest in onion consumption per capita with 60.4 kg followed by Niger and Sudan. On the other end of the scale was Cambodia with 0.010 kg, Ecuador with 0.020 kg and Burundi with 0.030 kg.
