Max banka's capital adequacy ratio reached 51.1% at the end of fourth quarter of 2023, up from 45.8% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 51.1% in 4Q2023 and an all time low of 12.4% in 3Q2007.

The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 51.1% at the end of fourth quarter of 2023, up from 28.3% compared to the same period of last year and up from 45.8% when compared to the the previous quarter.

Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 5.27% at the end of 4Q2023, down from 17.8% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 106%.

When compared to bank's main peers, CSOB ended the fourth quarter of 2023 with a capital adequacy ratio at 19.7% and loans to deposits of 67.7% and Komercni Banka with 18.8% and 73.9% respectively.
